HeatCheck

Putting a central heating system right when it has gone wrong can sometimes be a messy and expensive business. And often you are searching in the dark for help and support. Indeed, that’s why many ‘Find-An-Engineer’ websites have sprung up over the past few years. One of them (perhaps the one of the best well-known) is little more than a scam!

It’s good to know then that I can give your central heating system a thorough ‘once-over’ to check how well it’s performing. I’ll give you a detailed report on its condition, what needs doing, what doesn’t, and whether or not you should consider replacing your boiler. And here’s the best bit on that point - that advice is truly independent...because I don’t replace boilers!

Homeowners are often talked into replacing perfectly good boilers, for obvious reasons. But such a replacement would cost you perhaps £2000 or more! That’s a bit rich when it may be totally unnecessary. So take advantage of my offer - especially as the cost of an inspection and report is just £59

Perhaps you’re about to move into a home with a suspect system. You could even ask the home-owner to pay my £59 charge - if they’re confident that their system is ok. Remember, many thousands of home buyers have moved into a home only to find that their first big bill is going to be spent on putting the heating system right! Don’t make the same mistake. That could be the best £59 you’ve ever spent, and is insignificant against the investment in bricks that you are making.

Very often, all a system needs is an hour of ‘adjusting’ to put them right. I have transformed many systems by just re-balancing radiators, adjusting pumps, and re-setting programmers and thermostats. Clients are often amazed at what this can achieve! I’ve had customers thinking that their system is ‘finished’ or that they need a power-flush - when all that’s needed is some care! Let me have a go if your system is performing poorly - it’s just £59.

Some of the costs you could pay to an engineer for rather simple repairs.
